Our peer support services by certified Mental Health Peer Specialists are offered wherever the youth feels most comfortable, while also going out into the community to challenge ourselves.

We provide in-home support and care coordination, where we come to your home to have family meetings, find services, and find in-home solutions to safety.

We provide phone and/or HIPAA-compliant Zoom support and care coordination, where we engage in all the same services as in-home support, but with increased location flexibility.

Crisis Support
Recognizing that our population will face crises, we offer location-specific crisis support services and come to you to resolve them to the best of our abilities. Being able to maintain stability in living environments is paramount to continued recovery.

Appointment Support
Understanding that doctor's appointments can be scary and intimidating for all involved, we offer appointment support to assist in advocating for what is in everyone's best interest, along with ensuring we discuss what needs to be discussed without avoidance.
